Together, we’ll explore birth physiology, labor, comfort measures, medical options, and partner support — translating it into clear, flexible birth preferences (A, B, and C) so you feel informed, prepared, and grounded in any scenario.
On-call support 24/7 beginning at 37 weeks
As you enter the final stretch, I am fully available — offering steady guidance, answering questions as they arise, and helping you feel supported as your body and baby prepare for labor.
Continuous labor support through 1–2 hours of immediate postpartum
From the moment you call me into your labor, I remain by your side — providing calm, continuous support, hands-on comfort, and grounded guidance for both you and your partner through birth and into those first moments with your baby.
Evidence-based support, emotional steadiness + advocacy
I blend evidence-based information with intuitive, personalized care — helping you navigate decisions, stay connected to your values, and feel supported in your autonomy throughout your experience.
Certified TENS support, with a personal unit provided for your on-call period
Used as a natural pain management tool to reduce sensation intensity and support comfort, particularly in early and active labor.
2 postpartum visits for recovery + newborn transition
Space to process your birth, support your physical recovery, and receive guidance as you adjust to life with your baby — including feeding, healing, and finding your rhythm.
Guaranteed access to a trusted backup doula
In the rare event that I am unavailable, you will be supported by a thoughtfully chosen backup doula whose approach closely mirrors my own. I am intentional in selecting doulas who offer the same calm, steady presence and quality of care, so your experience remains consistent, supported, and in alignment with what we’ve built together.

Candid, documentary-style photography that captures your labor and birth as they naturally unfold — preserving the real, unscripted moments that make your experience uniquely yours.
With a trained eye for the rhythm of birth and the emotional landscape within it, I document your experience with intention — from the quiet, in-between moments of labor to the powerful moment you meet your baby.
Nothing is posed or staged. Your experience remains uninterrupted and fully your own.
As both your doula and photographer, I move intuitively between support and documentation — anticipating meaningful moments while ensuring your care always comes first.
After your birth, you will receive a thoughtfully curated gallery of images, carefully refined for tone and lighting, that reflect your story with honesty, depth, and care.

a curated or directed photoshoot, or coverage that takes priority over your care or asks you to perform for the camera.
A La Carte
$100/hr
Additional prenatal sessions → add on a third session for postpartum planning, get in person support during an ECV, or any other support before baby comes
Add-on postpartum visits → in-person or virtual sessions as needed as you enter into the new world of newborn life
Travel doula fees → I take a select number of travel clients a year. Fees include the federal mileage fee outside of my 25 mile service range and my hourly fee for travel time beyond that range, as well.

At Riverbend Doula, I believe every birthing person deserves compassionate, high-quality support during pregnancy, birth, and the transition into parenthood.
Because systemic structural and financial barriers can make doula care less accessible, I reserve a limited number of sliding-scale or reduced-rate spots for clients from communities that have historically experienced inequities in maternal care — including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and single-parent families.
